Summer’s Nearly Over

Dear Neighbours,

The winds of change are blowing in a new season and we hope you are all gearing up for a great fall. Here are some community events and activities happening in Williamsville:

1. Kingston Fall Fair – 185th

Starts Thursday September 17th and runs to Sunday September 20th. Be sure to check out the displays, farm animals and the midway, have some fair food and see all the events from the heavy horse draw to the antique tractor races, country music competition, auctions, petting zoo and more. 2. 5678 Dance Studio – Grand opening

Sunday September 20th from 1-4pm at 365 Nelson, corner of Nelson & Concession. Now taking fall registrations. For more info see the studio’s website

3. Kingston Archery Club

– fall lessons begin September 26th. Registration is now open and take place in the basement of St. Luke’s, Princess and Nelson.

4. Kingston School of Art

Classes start week of September 21st and celebrating 20 years in the community. For more info see the school’s website

5. Wednesday September 30th – Bridge & Luncheon

At St. Luke’s at noon. $10 per person, please call 613-542-5501 to register. Located at 325 Nelson.

6. Memorial Centre Farmers’ Market

Don’t forget, this Sunday only, the Memorial Centre Farmers’ Market will relocate to the front lawn of the M-Centre.
